We review every enquiry individually. The questions below are not a formality: as an IT security company we fall under Germany’s sector-specific investment review (§§ 60 ff. AWV), and we are bound by EU and United Nations sanctions law. Complete answers save both sides months.
From ten per cent of voting rights, an acquisition by a non-EU investor must be notified to the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs. That is not a reason to decline. It is a procedure with deadlines that we have to plan for together.
