To meet the objective of finding new clients, presenting them our services and solutions, and meeting or even exceeding established sales goals through the implementation of sales activities, we are looking for a highly skilled Sales Manager willing to move our projects on the new track! To be successful as a Sales Manager, you should be exceptionally passionate about the product and possess a tireless, undaunted, persistent and compelling aptitude. Responsibilities:

  • Management of the entire sales life cycle from cold call, lead qualification to closing
  • Development of lead generation strategies and ensuring of their subsequent implementation, together with the management and QA team, in order to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Explaining to potential partners how Rocketlab can help them, presenting our service and product portfolio, determining their current challenges in the area of Quality Assurance within the SDLC
  • Observation and analysis of current trends and developments in the market, having a proactive contribution as well as current customer requirements to contribute to the further development of the product
  • Through participation in industry events, making frequent partner visits and enabling the development of long-term relationships with their decision makers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B software product sales, preferably in SaaS environment, confident in negotiations at C-Level
  • Prior experience selling to mid to large size companies in Europe is needed
  • Possess proven sales, negotiating and presentation skills. Have very good face-to-face and telephone communication skills
  • Proven success in building qualified pipeline using social selling and identifying new opportunities
  • Robust understanding of English language at a negotiation level, German language is a plus
  • Strong communicational skills and customer orientation, good capability of forging connections and becoming a client trusted advisor
  • High level of commitment and flexibility. Self-motivated and strong desire to achieve goals
